Suite Keys
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Suite Keys rewards program run by Suite 444 Creative Studio. They are in addition to our site Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Membership. Suite Keys is free to join. One account per person. You must provide accurate information and keep your login private.
- No cash value. Suite Keys have no cash value. They cannot be sold, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Earning. Keys are earned on qualifying purchases only after payment is successfully completed. Keys are added by Suite 444 after we confirm your payment, so they may not appear instantly.
- Exclusions. Taxes, shipping charges, refunded orders, donations, sponsorship contributions, and other excluded transactions do not earn Keys unless Suite 444 specifically enables them.
- Refunds and cancellations. Refunded or cancelled purchases may result in the Keys earned on them being reversed.
- Redemption. Reward requests are reviewed by Suite 444. A request starts as Pending and may be approved, used, or cancelled. Cancelled requests return the Keys. Rewards, Key costs, and availability can change.
- Referrals. A referral earns Keys only after Suite 444 confirms the referred person became a paying client. You may not refer yourself, and abuse of the referral program may result in removal of Keys.
- Expiration. Keys do not expire at this time. Promotional Keys may have separate expiration rules, which will be stated with the promotion.
- Corrections. Suite 444 reserves the right to correct balances caused by technical errors, duplicate transactions, fraud, refunds, or abuse, and to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
- Changes. We may change or end the program, its earning rules, rewards, or member levels. We will not reduce Keys you have already earned except as described above.
