We offer Branding Packages (The Key, The Suite, and The Brand Legacy), Website Development, Social Media Management, YouTube Intros, The Signature Product Edit, Print Shop custom printing, and one-on-one Mentorship & Strategy — everything a growing brand needs under one roof.

How much does a project cost?
YouTube Intros start at $75, our Branding Packages start at $297, Website Development starts at $695, The Signature Product Edit starts at $145, and Social Media Management starts at $1,495 per month — with flexible payment options available. Mentorship & Strategy pricing varies by engagement. Every brand is different, so we scope each project individually — tell us about your vision on a discovery call and we'll put together a package that fits your goals and budget.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope — a logo moves faster than a full brand identity with a website. We'll give you a clear timeline up front on your discovery call, and we keep you updated at every step.
What do you need from me to begin?
Just your vision. On the discovery call we'll gather your inspiration, goals, and any existing brand materials — then we handle the strategy, design, and execution with excellence.

Aligned Investment
Our pricing reflects the strategy, creativity, and care invested in every project — a commitment we match with excellence.
Deposits & Booking
Your project is secured with a deposit or retainer, and creative work begins once it’s received, reserving your place in our calendar.
Flexible Payment Plans
Pay with debit or credit card, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, or Apple Pay. Once a plan is agreed upon, each scheduled payment is honored as part of the exchange.
A Mutual Exchange
We honor your investment with clear communication, elevated craft, and genuine care — and ask for the same respect and openness in return.

Payments & Retainers
All invoices and retainers must be paid on time to begin or continue services. Due to the intentional planning, creative preparation, and energetic investment behind every project, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Communication & Trust
We believe the best brands are built through clarity, connection, and trust. Clients are expected to communicate openly, provide requested materials on time, and trust the creative direction throughout the process.

Timelines & Flow
Each project is completed with care and intention. Timelines may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and client response times. We ask for grace, patience, and mutual respect throughout the creative journey.

Revisions
All projects include a set number of revisions outlined within the selected package or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an additional investment.

Energy & Respect
Suite 444 is a high-vibrational creative environment. Disrespectful communication, excessive demands, or energy that disrupts the creative process may result in termination of services.

Built for the Long Term
We are not a quick-fix design studio. Suite 444 was built for visionary entrepreneurs seeking long-term elevation, aligned branding, and meaningful growth.

Ownership & Showcasing
Final approved designs become the client’s property upon full payment. Suite 444 retains the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Hours & Boundaries
Studio hours: Monday–Friday 10am–7pm • Saturday 12pm–5pm • Sunday closed. Messages received outside of operating hours will be responded to during the next business day — boundaries that maintain balance, creativity, and energetic wellness.
Good to Know
Print Shop order policies.
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after payment and artwork approval.
- Larger or specialty orders may require 5–7 business days.
- Turnaround does not begin until the customer approves the final artwork.
- Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on a screen.
- Design services are not included unless selected.
- Orders cannot be refunded after printing begins.
- Verified Suite 444 printing errors will be corrected or reprinted.
- Free Milwaukee pickup is available by appointment.
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
- Rush availability must be confirmed before ordering.
