The Print Standard

Payment & Production

Full payment is required before artwork preparation, design, or printing begins. Orders enter the production queue only after payment is received and all required artwork is submitted or approved.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, quantity, shape, finishing options, and production speed. Orders with missing information or mismatched selections may be paused until the details are corrected and any remaining balance is paid.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added during checkout.

Artwork & File Preparation

Accepted artwork formats are PNG, JPG, and PDF, up to 20MB. High-resolution transparent PNG or print-ready PDF files are preferred for stickers and labels.

Artwork options include:

• Print-ready file with no changes required$0

• Advanced file repair$35
• Simple logo-and-text layout$35

Screenshots, blurry images, and low-resolution files may produce lower-quality results. Suite 444 will communicate visible quality concerns, but the customer accepts responsibility when approving the use of a lower-quality file.

Full logo creation and brand identity design are separate services and are not included with printing.

Proofs & Customer Approval

When a proof is provided, printing will not begin until the customer approves it.

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, social media information, addresses, colors, and QR codes before approval. QR codes should be tested by the customer before production.

Changes requested after final approval may require an additional preparation, design, or reprinting charge. Once printing begins, the order cannot be changed.

Sticker Shapes & Finishing

Circle and square sticker shapes are included at no additional charge. Custom shapes require an additional $10 finishing charge.

Protective lamination is available at the following rates:

• 25 stickers$10
• 50 stickers$20
• 100 stickers$35

The lamination selection must match the quantity ordered. Lamination provides added surface protection but does not guarantee that an item will be dishwasher-safe, fully waterproof, weatherproof, or suitable for permanent outdoor use.

Minor differences in trimming, cut alignment, placement, and finish may naturally occur during small-batch production.

Color & Material Expectations

Colors may appear slightly different in print than they appear on phones, monitors, and other screens. Screen brightness, device settings, ink, and material can all affect color appearance.

Unless otherwise stated, stickers are printed in full color on white printable vinyl with a glossy finish. Product labels are intended primarily for packaging and general indoor use.

Standard Turnaround

Standard production is generally completed within 3–5 business days after full payment and final artwork approval.

Larger, specialty, or highly customized orders may require 5–7 business days. Turnaround does not begin while Suite 444 is waiting for artwork, information, payment, corrections, or customer approval.

Shipping and carrier transit time are separate from production time.

Rush Production

Rush production requires advance approval and is subject to availability.

The rush fee is an additional 100% of the printing price. This means the printing portion of the order is doubled. For example, a $40 printing order becomes $80 before design services, finishing upgrades, taxes, or shipping are added.

The full rush charge must be paid before rush production begins. Selecting rush service does not guarantee acceptance until Suite 444 confirms availability.

Rush production begins only after full payment, receipt of all required files, and final artwork approval. Rush service shortens the production timeline but does not guarantee a carrier’s shipping or delivery time.

Cancellations, Refunds & Reprints

Print products are customized and made to order. Payments become non-refundable once artwork preparation, design, or production begins.

Orders cannot be refunded because of customer-provided information, spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, incorrect selections, or details approved by the customer.

If Suite 444 verifies that an order contains a printing or production error caused by the studio, the affected items will be corrected or reprinted.

Pickup & Shipping

Free Milwaukee pickup is available by appointment. Customers will receive pickup instructions when their order is ready.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Suite 444 is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions outside the studio’s control.

Any damaged shipment or suspected Suite 444 production error should be reported promptly with clear photographs of the order and packaging.

Artwork Rights & Order Acceptance

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to reproduce it. Suite 444 is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership disputes involving customer-provided materials.

Suite 444 reserves the right to decline artwork or orders that are unlawful, infringe another party’s rights, or conflict with studio standards.

Agreement to These Policies

By submitting and paying for a Print Suite order, the customer confirms that they reviewed and accepted these Print Suite Order & Production Policies, Suite 444’s Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
