What are Suite Keys?
Suite Keys is the Suite 444 rewards program. When you invest in your brand with us, you earn Keys that you can redeem for Suite Credits, special offers, and member perks.
How do I earn Suite Keys?
You earn 50 Keys for creating an account, plus Keys on qualifying purchases, your first qualifying purchase, successful client referrals, Monthly Creative Support renewals, your birthday, and special promotions. See "Ways to earn" above for the current amounts.
How do I check my balance?
Log in to your Suite Keys account at suite444.com/rewards/account. Your balance, member level, and full activity history are there. Keys are added by Suite 444 after your payment is confirmed, so allow a short time after a purchase.
How do referrals work?
Every member gets a unique referral code and link. When someone you refer becomes a paying Suite 444 client, we mark the referral as qualified and add the referral bonus to your account. Clicking a link or signing up alone does not earn Keys.
How do I redeem my Keys?
Choose a reward in your account and confirm. Your request is reviewed by Suite 444 (Pending, then Approved, then Used). If a request is cancelled, your Keys are returned automatically.
Can Keys be exchanged for cash?
No. Suite Keys have no cash value and cannot be sold.
Do Keys expire?
Keys do not expire at this time. Promotional Keys may have separate expiration rules, which will be stated with the promotion.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Keys earned on a refunded or cancelled purchase may be reversed. The reversal appears in your history as its own entry.
Can I transfer Keys to another person?
No. Keys cannot be transferred between accounts.
Can I earn Keys on every Suite 444 purchase?
Keys are earned on qualifying purchases only after payment is successfully completed. Taxes, shipping charges, refunded orders, donations, sponsorship contributions, and other excluded transactions do not earn Keys unless Suite 444 specifically enables them.
